Mentoring / Coaching
Our mentoring and coaching services can act as a comfort blanket for Directors and SHE Personnel who are committed to leading by example and placing themselves at the forefront of good health and safety practice.
We offer legal surgeries in the form of a group discussion with your executive team on any health and safety legal issues arising across your business, including the provision of general advice on the nature of legal obligations, the application of new laws, or guidance and second opinions on matters which have already been subject to advice elsewhere.
Similarly, we offer risk workshops to assess and discuss particulars risks arising within your business to identify likely areas of challenge by a regulator if there were to be an adverse event, whilst considering further measures that could be taken to better manage these risks.
360 Leadership Tool
The 360 Leadership Tool is our unique distance learning and development solution to allow a company to measure the contributions of Directors, Senior Managers or SHE Personnel, and compare the performances with the leadership behaviours expected today. This provides invaluable insight to those committed to reviewing the footprint they are currently leaving as leader, and to focus on enhancement in the appropriate, targeted areas.
The programme begins with a reflection exercise by participants upon their past and current behaviours in the area of health and safety, to be assessed and fed back on by a group of colleagues of differing seniorities. This allows areas of improvement to be identified, and, following a discussion with a member of our team, the commitment to specific and measurable change.
